When decoding a VIN, the app queries the public NHTSA VPIC API to translate the scanned code into automotive specifications (year, make, model). No personal information is shared with the NHTSA during these requests.
The Standard (free) tier of Lot Lister implements the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display banner ads. The SDK may collect details such as IP address and mobile advertising identifiers (IDFA) to serve contextual and relevant ads. You can opt-out of ad personalization in your iOS device settings. All advertising components and trackers are completely disabled if you purchase the Premium Tier subscription.
Lot Lister Premium subscription transactions are processed securely by Apple App Store billing. J & S Studio does not see or keep your billing or banking information.
